Custom made costumes are not returnable. Each and every costume made takes hours to create. If a dress has been made specifically to your size, it will be very difficult for us to resell. However, ONE alteration for each designed costume (with minimum purchase of $350.00 per costume) is allowed at no charge to the customer.
The package must be sent back with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. We will pay for the return (one way) shipping fee.
If for any reason the costume has an error on our part simply ship the costume back to us. We will then fix the it and ship it back to you right away and we will cover cost of shipping to and from our studio. Please note that some accessories such as sequins, stones, beads, and flower decoration schemes may vary slightly depending on materials available due to market fluctuations. We do our best to provide you with the accessories that are pictured in our online shop.
